U403 Emergency shut-valve

U403 Series Emergency Shut-off Valve are installed on fuel supply lines beneath at grade level to minimize hazards associated with collision or fire at the dispenser. If the dispenser is pulled over or dislodged by collision, the top of the valve breaks off the flow of fuel. Single-poppet models shut off supply flow, while double-poppet models shut off supply as well as prevent release of fuel from the dispenser's internal piping. The base of the Emergency Valve is securely anchored to the concrete dispenser island through a stabilizer bar system within a U-Bolt Assembly. Valve inlet (bottom) connection are female pipe threads and outlet (top) connections are available with female threads, male threads, or a union fitting. Other options include suction system models with a normally closed secondary poppet which maintain prime, and models with external threads on inlet body which connect to secondary containment system.

Materials:

Body: cast iron(Spray-paint)

Surface: electronic Nickel plated

Seal : Buna-N O-ring

Features :

Flow rate: 0- 120 L/M

Working pressure: 0.2Mpa

Valve closing speed: 0.5s

Lowest shut-off temperature: 75 ?

Medium: water, gasoline, diesel, and kerosene

Operating Environment: -30 ~+55degree

Fire Protection- a fusible link trips the valve closed at 75 to shut off fuel

supply to the dispense.

Integral Test Port - a 3/8" Test Port allows the piping system to be air tested

without breaking any piping connection.

Low-Profile Tops- Female and Union-top double-poppet valves have a low-profile top to allow upgrading from single-poppet valves without changing existing piping.

100% Factory Tested.

conducive to the failure that no oil is sucked. Don’t worry about the phenomenon of cavitation because its probability to occur is low, and the method to prevent it appearance would find when pipeline setting and the design and manufacture of pump. At present, manufacturers have achieved great progress in research to prevent cavitation in pump inlet. The phenomenon is avoidable. Stability The stability of pump is more important technical parameter, which is one of major labels measuring the performance of pump. The good stability of pump is low fluctuation in flow and slow increase of pulsant value as working long time. The 13.6 of JJG667-97 Liquid cubage flow meter stipulates that the flow rate fluctuation not exceed 2.5%, which is requirement for pump stability. Under same operating condition a good stability pump reduce the abrasion of hydraulic components so as to lengthen fuel dispenser’s service life fuel dispenser . Moreover, it is conducive to reduce leakage of measure transducer and enhance the accuracy. Noise Noise is also a symbol of pump’s performance, which relate to fuel dispenser’s noise. The GB/T9081-2001 Fuel dispenser for vehicle stipulates that the noise of fuel dispenser not exceed 80d B and the noise of pump no more than that of fuel dispenser, which is basic requirement for fuel dispenser. Noise is often created from pump of fuel dispenser, computerized fuel dispenser in particular. The pump noise is largely depended upon its stability, cavitation, partial flow speed and oil abrasion, etc. High noise pollutes environment and wastes electricity so as to increase operation cost of filling station. Usage and maintenance Many domestic component manufacturers now produce vane pump, but their products vary from inner structure, choice of material, suction capacity, stability, service life, noise and fuel dispenser so on. Thus failure presents largely different. Vane pump should often be inspected and maintained during the operation progress. Spe fuel dispenser cific procedure is as followed: Often inspect the rotati

best-known, global business. Oil-related activities have brought prosperity to Aberdeen and other Scottish politicians parts of the north-east. Video games, spun off from Abertay University, are a new back home industry for Dundee and biotechnology is now well established in Glasgow, Dundee and Edinburgh—home of Dolly the sheep. But Scotland s annual economic growth rate over the past ten years has on average lagged behind the United Kingdom s by almost a percentage point, and no forecasters expect it to catch up soon. Gloom has settled over much of Silicon Glen—Scotland s technology industry—as many of its manufacturing jobs have gone to lower-cost fuel dispenser countries, and fewer Scots now see salvation in foreign investment. What part has devolution played in all this? Researchers at the University of Strathclyde s Fraser of Allander Institute say Scotland s economy is doing better than would be expected on the basis of its past relationship to the economy of the United Kingdom as a whole. They do not, however, know whether this is attributable to Holyrood. Moreover, even if it is, the improvement is not big enough to make much difference to the most intractable of the country s economic problems, the decline of mining and heavy industry, especially in and around Glasgow. If Scotland is poorer than England, the west of Scotland is also poorer than the east. The evidence is less clear in the income figures, though, than in the health statistics. Scotsmen in general can expect to live to only 73.8 years, about three years fewer than Englishmen. In t fuel dispenser he Calton district of Glasgow, male life expectancy is even lower 53.9 years, almost ten years fewer than in Bangladesh. Scotland has fuel dispenser the highest death rates in the United Kingdom from lung can
