re approval working successfully being conducted. Environmental temperature as approval should keep in the range of 0to 0 in approval process temperature not exceed 3 relative temperature between 30and 90 power supply within 0% to 5%; and fuel dispenser fr fuel dispenser equency ±1Hz. The mediums used in approval should adapt real media excepting in factory approval. As different medium would be adaptable to fuel dispenser, every medium should be appraised. Some of them are prohibited, especially water. The highest temperature of medium in approval should not exceed 30 the lowest temperature without coagulation. The temperature difference between the one at the outlet of fuel dispenser and the temperature measured in standard instrument should not exceed 4 Otherwise, the approval is invalid. Standard instrument used in approval whose measuring accuracy no lower than one fifth of the allowed tolerance of fuel dispenser, should pass over appraisal of the Measurement Department and be valid within period. There are many standard instruments being adaptable to fuel dispenser’s approval, however, the most popular one is standard metal instrument of measurement. Standard metal instrument of measurement adapted in a fuel dispenser pproval should, in accordance with the requirement of fuel dispenser’s regulations and procedure, be Class II standard metal instrument of measurement with cubage no less than one minute’s discharge volume of fuel dispenser, approval period being 3 years. Standard metal instrument of measurement often is made of stainless steel or carbonized steel with protecting painting, no air vent, erosion-resistant and smooth surface. Its structure is shown in Diagram 8-1. 1: Overflow cover 2: Metering neck 3: Body 4: Bracket 5: Adjusting bolt 6: Drain valve 7: Leveling instrument 8: Scale Diagram 6-1: Sketch map of metal standard instrument of measurement Standard instrument of measurement is composed of overflow cover, body, measuring neck, scale, valve, which should meet the follo

his week by the Pew Research Centre says that Americans who see Muslim-Western relations as “generally badoutnumber those who take the opposite view by 55% to 32%. Not exactly cheery. But in Germany the pessimists are ahead by 70% to 23%, in France by fuel dispenser 66% fuel dispenser to 33%, and in Britain by 61% to 28%. Some things are off-limits even in America. In Britain, for example, members of the radical (but non- violent) Hizb ut-Tahrir movement have appeared on television to express their rejection of the principles of liberal democracy and secular justice. That is unlikely to happen in America. Nor would it be possible, in any American context, to argue for the superiority of sharia—Islamic law—over laws passed by elected law-makers. But the right to say almost anything on most other subjects is deeply entrenched in America. This means that, whatever weapons the parties in America s religious arguments try to use, they do not usually include attempts to deny the other side s right to speak. The result is that there is more space for hard religious argument. No law restrains that quite large body of American thought which is critical not just of extreme readings of Islam but of Islam itself—arguing that t fuel dispenser he warrior ethos of the faith s earlier centuries was one of its essential features, not just a regrettable excess. But the American system also guarantees the rights of those who argue for the opposite view that Islam is basically a peaceful, universalist faith which restricts rather than enjoins the use of violence. This does not mean that America has a monopoly of wisdom in distinguishing peaceful Muslim citizens from the other sort. During the 1990s, a Washington-based group called the American Muslim Council and its leader, Abdurahman Alamoudi, were hailed by the American government as valuable people to talk to. In 2004, Mr Alamoudi was given a 23-year jail term on terrorism-related charges. But one merit of the American system is that, even when hard questions arise about the trade
